I’m currently on the search to find London’s best burger, and Patty & Bun is currently sitting in first place for the title. I visited the Liverpool Street branch and tried a burger, wings and skin-on-fries and it was the highlight of my week. With just a few seats this is hardly a fine dinning experience, and eating these generous burgers is a very messy affair, and extremely satisfying. Every aspect is delicious, down to their specially made sauces. There only fault is a they’re not open late enough, I could envision these dirty burgers as the ultimate post- party pick me up for Shoreditch revellers…
