There’s nothing more fitting on Valentine’s Day than a few naughtily named cocktails and a little innuendo.  So on Feb 14 I found myself having a Pearl Necklace at  Beach Blanket Babylon, Shoreditch.  BBB is one of my favourite destinations for cocktails in Shoreditch,  a luxurious respite from the endless grimy pop-ups, whilst still stylish enough to satisfy the London hipsters.

 

The Pearl Necklace is a rich, creamy (you knew it was coming) cocktail made up of Frangelico, milk and white cacao. Next up on the menu was the Porn Star Martini, a popular drink, the waiter’s pick, and with good reason. A deliciously dirty concoction of passion fruit, vanilla and a shot of bubbles on the side!

BBB is the perfect place for lovers, or ladies who liquid!
