London’s weather was in a indecisive mood the day I made an unwise decision to visit Coppa. With a group of girlfriends we made the trek though london fields and eventually managed to find Coppa’s hidden stairwell entrance. It may seem dingy at first glance, but this hidden stairwell leads to a rooftop terrace of hidden delights. With a view of london fields, private cabanas and colourful beach chairs, Coppa has that summertime vibe perfected. That is, until it starts to rain, and hail. So you see, I called this outing unwise not as a reflection on Coppa, but purely based on the weather. One minute we were sunning ourselves in loungers drinking iced coffees and the next we were taking shelter In a cabana while the helpful staff ran off to get us snugly blankets. Naturally blankets were at hand and the staff prepared for all kinda of weather, that’s August in London for you. Coppa could be one of the best rooftop terraces in london, just check the weather forecast before you visit.
